Nissan Juke Launch Event

In July 2010, Nissan Motor GB launched their important new urban crossover - Juke - and selected Ignition to design and deliver the launch training programme for dealer sales and service teams.

 

Ignition developed a blended package including pre-event e-learning and a live experience with a consistent, immersive theme across all aspects of the programme for its dealer staff.

 

The e-learning leaned on Juke’s urbanproof credentials to communicate its key product features and new technologies in an engaging format. Those users who had completed the e-learning before attending the live event we’re sent a confirmation SMS which enabled them to be ‘fast-tracked’ when they arrived.

 

At each of the three regional locations for the live experience, attendees were able to drive Nissan Juke for the first time, using Ignition’s unique CoDriver navigation system to direct them around a specified route and provide them with key product stories, whilst being able to contrast and compare against key competitors. Interactive learning sessions designed and delivered by Ignition’s team of specialised trainers, were tailored for the different sales and service audiences, covering product presentation, new technologies, service plans and accessory sales.
