Goodyear Dunlop select Ignition to deliver key skills development programme

 

When looking to further increase the skills of their Key Account Managers, Goodyear Dunlop EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) approached learning specialists Ignition to develop a dedicated training course. This course, central to Goodyear Dunlop EMEA’s skills development programme, will be delivered to over 200 managers throughout 2010.

 

Commenting on the news, Ignition’s Senior Consultant Pello Morras said “We’re looking forward to working with Goodyear Dunlop EMEA, I’m sure our insightful and effective content will add real value to their training proposition. The three day workshop developed by Ignition is an integral component of the Goodyear Sales Competencies Framework and Sales Skills Curriculum. It is designed to build on the Goodyear sales cycle by raising the skills and knowledge of Goodyear key account management personnel.  It is designed to drive performance in strategic account planning by enabling the audience to create and sustain a customer–focused relationship and develop profitable business opportunities.

 

Ignition were asked to develop the course thanks to a highly flexible approach to meeting clients’ needs as opposed to simply providing an off-the-shelf package, and an enviable reputation for delivering excellent value solutions.
