Working closely alongside the Nissan training team and respective product managers, Ignition will develop the instructional content and creative design for each vehicle. All modules are SCORM compliant and created in line with Nissan’s internal policies and guidelines. The suite of modules, focusing on knowledge sustainment, are designed to help dealer staff understand how each vehicle fits into the Nissan brand and current sales market, equipping with the relevant skills to present the vehicle’s features and relevant benefits to their customers with confidence.

The 2012 e-learning programme sees an extension of the relationship that Nissan and Ignition have built up in recent years, with Ignition previously partnering Nissan on a range e-learning projects and dealer network launch events.
