Ford Commercial Vehicle Event gets best ever scores

Ignition were privileged to organise the most recent True Blue Truck – a Commercial Vehicle training event for Ford dealers – and gain the highest delegate rating in the history of the event in the process.

True Blue Truck ran for 4 consecutive days in early July and was attended by several hundred Ford Commercial Vehicle delegates during that time. Delegates were able to learn about new products on offer and experience them in a variety of situations.

Ignition organised a range of track based activities to allow delegates to get the best experience. These included an off-road drive, towing challenge, Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) demonstration, dynamic handling and ‘eco-drive’ competition. Each of these activities featured the latest vehicles to be launched – Fiesta Van, Connect, Ranger and Transit ECOnetic - and was designed to be exciting as well as informative.

Throughout the event delegates were asked to rate each activity and submit evaluation forms, resulting in the sessions being awarded a score of 9.13 out of 10 – the highest since the event was started way back at the start of the century.
